By using Vibors, you and we both agree to a few simple things. We've written them clearly so you actually read them.
These Terms of Use are a legal contract between you and Vibors FZ-LLC ("Vibors", "we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the service in any way, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Vibors.
If you're using Vibors on behalf of a brand or venue (a "Partner"), you also accept the separate Partner Agreement alongside these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vibors. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Each user may hold only one Vibors account. Multiple accounts to inflate scores, claim duplicate perks, or evade restrictions is prohibited and will result in suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at security@vibors.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Violations may lead to score reset, account suspension, or permanent termination — at our discretion, scaled to severity.
Your score and tier are property of your Vibors account, not transferable, not sellable, not redeemable for cash. The scoring model is proprietary and may be adjusted as we improve fairness — never to retroactively penalize lawful behavior.
We do not guarantee any specific score outcome from any specific behavior. The model considers many signals; chasing single metrics is not a reliable strategy and not the spirit of the product.
Score decay during inactivity is documented in our FAQ. We reserve the right to recalibrate the model with notice when significant changes are required.
Perks unlocked through your tier are gifts from partner venues, distributed at their discretion under our framework. Specific perks may be added, modified, or withdrawn by the venue. Vibors does not guarantee perk availability and is not responsible for partner fulfillment failures, though we will mediate good-faith disputes.
Perks have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire on the schedule shown in-app. Abuse of perks (re-selling, multi-redeeming via duplicate accounts, etc.) voids them.
You retain ownership of any content you post on Vibors (profile bio, photos, social posts). By posting, you grant Vibors a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process that content within the service. You can revoke this license by deleting the content or your account.
You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have rights to share.
The Vibors name, logo, app, scoring model, beacon hardware design, dashboards, and all proprietary code are owned by Vibors FZ-LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes — nothing more.
You can delete your account at any time from settings. All your personal data is wiped (subject to legal retention minimums for fraud detection and tax records).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, attempt to defraud the service, or expose other users to harm. We'll explain why, in plain language, when we do.
Vibors is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate, available, and useful — but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes. Beacon hardware can fail. Networks can go down. Venues can close.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibors's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — which, for users, is zero (the service is free).
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for partner venue actions outside our reasonable control.
None of this limits liability we cannot disclaim by law (gross negligence, willful misconduct, statutory consumer rights).
We may update these terms when the service evolves. Material changes are notified in-app and by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use Vibors after that period means you accept the new terms.
